Within two hours of speaking with Catherine and giving her our vehicle preference, Carfax reports started showing up in our email inbox. Catherine patiently helped us sort through the details of each vehicle that met our requirements. Once we made our selection, Catherine helped walk us through the paperwork of licensing and registration. She also coordinated things with our credit union for financing. When we picked up our new minivan, Catherine had everything ready for us. Plus, she had arranged to have the minivan washed and detailed, so it looked amazing.
